Puddlesocks' pets come in an array of colours and appearances, depending on a number of factors: Alignment, guild, stats, etc.
King's Way, Ankh-Morpork
Big Bert sells big snakes. VERY big snakes. Anacondas in fact. You can wear the snake or put it in your pack or even your vault. Otherwise you have to feed it constantly.
Cockbill St, Ankh-Morpork. Be careful as just to the south is an entrance to the Shades.
Sanguine provides you with a list of options you can use to customize your rat. She also sells some clothing for them.
Lobbin Clout, Ankh-Morpork
Genders: Male/Female.
Dyes: Red, yellow, orange, purple, blue, lilac, pink, orange, black, and green.
Coats: Normal, rex, satin, fluffy, and longhair.
Patterns: Agouti, sto helit, agatean, merle, dalmation, hooded, capped, mashed, and ecksian.
Eye Colours: Red, pink, green, black, brown, grey, orange, and blue.
Rosie Devant-Molei will be happy to let you adopt one of the volatile walking time-bombs called Swamp Dragons. If they start to hiccup (or when you look at them, they are extremely unstable) feed the blighter some coal! It'll explode and kill all pets in the room, and possibly some NPC's if they're too slow.
Morphic Street, Ankh-Morpork
By far the most expensive pets available to players. There is a random selection of breeds and colours available at any one time. The full list is on the gilded sign in the shop.
Southern end of Hill St., Sto Lat.
After you order you can inscribe a pets name onto the collar.
Lacerouse provides the Discworld with the second spammiest creatures alive. He is the only seller of trainable pets on the Disc. Beware as they may attack you or others, including creeping doom, as I found out one day.
Commands for pets: Stand, sic, attack, stay, fetch, roll, smile, kiss, up, shake, speak, say. Heel will always cause your pet to follow you.
To train pets: Say a command and if they do it correctly, say they are good and feed them a snausage. If they do it incorrectly, say bad, hit them, or spray them with a spray bottle.
Saphire St., Genua
Moon dragons are the hardest pets to get as they show up completely randomly in mountainous terrains. Two of the most common places I've seen then are the hilly plains north of Bleak Prospect, and the other in western Uberwald. They can also sometimes be found in the hilly plains west of Nowhere.
They come in as many different colours as possible, from sin black to virginal white. Wander about aimlessly until you find one you like, and with mushrooms, a brush, and 25 levels of crafts.husbandry.animal.grooming in hand, proceed to woo the beast.
These are some of the spammiest creatures on Disc and other people might not appreciate them. And while you can have multiple dragons at once, they will attack each other if they show up in the same room. They'll also drag anyone else's dragon in the room into the fray.
